Permissions
Q: How do I change file permisions?
A: Customers have total control of their site for permissions i.e. installing 3rd party scripts if you enable the proper permissions. You can modify permissions by logging into your account and choosing File Manager. At the right hand side of the screen, an icon resembling a lock is the permission icon. You must set the appropriate permissions such as Read/Write etc whatever the script requires for the IUSR_yourusername account. We dod not provide support for 3rd party scripts other than the scripts installed with Plesk.

DB Webadmin not found
Q: When I try to go into DB Webadmin, I am getting a "Not Found" error, Why?
A: DB Webadmin is only accessible once you have change your registrar nameserver information since DB Webadmin uses the FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name). If you have not modified your registrar information, you can either change your host file under c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc (adding mssql.yourdomain.com=209.200.229.15 where your domain.com is your domain name) or use ns8.lunarpages.com (216.227.211.180) as your primary dns server. You will need to verify that you are able to resolve mssql.yourdomain.com by running the ping command.
