Change Payment Options

Q: How do I change my payment method?
A: We do not yet have automated billing information available online. Please contact our office for any changes you may wish to make. 618-237-2386 or open a help ticket.

Q: How can I cancel my account?
A: If you are within your 30-day money back guarnatee, we will refund the entire amount, less any set up fees or domain registration fees. If you are outside your 30-day guarantee we can cancel you account for you so it does not auto renew at the end of your term, but no refund will be issued. Please send an email to billing@himarkhosting.com with the following infomraiton

- USERNAME
- Last 4 digits of the credit card on this account or last 4 SS number digits for verification
- Reason you want to cancel

Advance Billing

Q: My site does not renew for several days. Why was i billed already?
A: We make this charge to your account prior to it's expiration. However, your account cycle still reflects the renewal date, and not the date you paid the account. The reason we do this is to avoid any downtime of your site. In case there is a billing problem on your account, then this give you time to update payment methods or make arrangements.

Auto Renew

Q:How do I renew my account? I didn't authorize you to renew my account. Why did you charge?
A: You will not need to do anything unless you need to change your payment details or cancel your account. All accounts are set to auto renew as per the terms of service you agreed to upon sign up. If you would like to change this then please email billing@himarkhosting.com or contact our office at 618-237-2386

Refund For Domain Names

Q: Will I get a refund for my domain name?
A: The $14.95 charge for domain name renewal/registration is non-refundable as you own the domain name for the next year. Please understand that this is not simply because we refuse to issue a refund. Domain Name renewal/registration is irreversible, making any money paid for the domain name is non-refundable.

DOMAIN RECEIVED FREE WITH SIGN UP: If an account cancels within their 30-day money back period, the total refund will exclude the $14.95 for the domain name registration. The domain name will only remain free if the account stays openf for it's pre-paid term. This is outlined in the sign up terms.
